We are currently leasing for the 2026–2027 academic year and continue to provide tours, leasing appointments, resident services, and day-to-day operations for our community.

COMMUNITY UPDATE
On May 29, 2026, a fire impacted a portion of our Iowa Avenue community. While the Iowa Building sustained damage, the Everton Building remains occupied and fully operational.
We are grateful for the patience, support, and encouragement shown by our residents, families, community partners, first responders, and staff. Our focus remains on supporting affected residents while continuing to provide a great living experience for our current and future community members. We will continue to update our recovery page as more information becomes available.
